Ben's Exotic Seafood was created in 2019 with the vision of continuing my father's legacy. Growing up cooking was always a necessity for his kids, and a passion for him. He instilled hard work in us, creating a desire for us to be independent and our own bosses. We came a long way from walking to Aunt Jackie's in Carver Terrace from Rampart, and then all the way down to Houston Ave with tamales and hog crackling. I have blended my father's passion, with my desire, some exotic spices and created tasteful art and we can now proudly present Ben's Exotic seafood. His way, but my own.
